Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Telehealth

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) who holds active licenses in multiple states to support our growing telehealth Good Faith Exam (GFE) platform. Our company provides independent GFE services for medical practices and wellness clinics, ensuring patients are properly evaluated and medically cleared prior to receiving treatment. This role is ideal for an NP who is comfortable practicing telemedicine, reviewing patient medical history and questionnaires, and making clinical determinations in accordance with state regulations and established protocols.

States Required

Active NP licenses in some or all of the following states: California, Florida, Arizona, Texas, Nevada, Colorado, New Mexico, Illinois, Washington, and Georgia.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct telehealth Good Faith Exams (GFE) for patients prior to treatment.
  • Review patient medical history, intake forms, and medical questionnaires.
  • Determine whether patients are cleared, deferred, or require physician review based on established protocols.

Qualifications

  • Active Nurse Practitioner license in multiple states (preferably several of the states listed above).
  • Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions.
  • Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic documentation systems.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
